Synopsis

...LIKE A DREADNOUGHT IN THE SKY! Batman tracks down Colonel Blimp to Washington, D.C., where he learns that the crook is planning to blackmail the country with explosive zeppelins for the amount of ten million dollars. Using the information they have gathered about Blimp's activities, Batman and Robin set out to stop the madman's plans.  While Robin goes to the frozen North Pole, from where Blimp commands his zeppelins, Batman goes to Blimp's secret headquarters in Jersey Woods. When Robin manages to ruin the base of operations in the North Pole, Batman confronts Colonel Blimp face to face and after learning about the crook's tragic past, he knocks the man down and brings him to the authorities, ending his mad plans. ...WHEN VELVET PAWS CARESS THE GROUND! While on the trail of Velvet Tiger, Batgirl captures most of her gang, but the evil woman escapes thanks to her brother, Ward's mercy. Frustrated by her failure, Barbara returns home to a loving and understanding father.
